Thursday, 12 November 2009, from 6am to 6pm, Malaysia’s three top radio stations, ERA, MY FM and THR Raaga are embarking on a first ever 12 hour non-stop on-air fund raising campaign, together with the New Straits Times Press (NSTP) Charity Fund.

This is the launch of a long term partnership with NSTP Charity Fund, whereby the stations itself are pledging to continuously create public awareness of 'Nadi 1Malaysia'. The main objective is to appeal to the hearts and generosity of the Malaysian public, to pledge funds for ailing children in need of urgent heart surgeries and post treatments *.

ERA, MY FM and THR Raaga will be devoting 12 hours straight for one joint mission, which is to urge listeners to pledge their donations, whereby the sole method of paying is through bank telegraphic transfer into the NSTP Charity Fund bank account: CIMB 1411 - 238 5256 - 01- 0. Listeners can call in the stations and request for songs or make dedications throughout the period, in return for their donation.
